Forever flittin'. Akin to The Littlest Hobo but with shoes, handbags, clothes 'n' stuff. Shallow, moi?!

1) The Beautiful Ones by Suede
Brett Anderson. What’s not to love? Many a happy night spent putting the world to rights listening to Suede...

2) If I Can’t Change Your Mind by  Sugar
An under-rated punk band (imo), I was introduced to by my then boyfriend. From Copper Blue album this song surmised my university days.

3) Why Does It always Rain On Me by Travis
I saw Travis play at T in the Park. It rained while we pogo danced. Apt!. Happy days :)

4) Take Me Out by Franz Ferdinand
Why song 6? Soon after moving to Canada, I heard a local band start strumming the unmistakable opening chords. No one but us whoop-whooped. Ahem.

5) Disco 2000 by Pulp
I’ve followed Pulp for decades. I wish I’d had the opportunity to see them live. I don’t think there’s a single song of theirs I dislike. This one is one of my favourites. I remember this song’s lyrics scandalised me (?!) but I was innocent then. Ha!

6) Debaser by The Pixies
A high listening to a tired looking Black Francis in 2004. Mosh-tastic!

7) Death is not the end by Nick Cave and Friends
A cheery tune. Nice Cave was awarded an honorary degree at the University where I worked. Amazing.

8) I Think We’re Alone Now by Tiffany
The first song (from memory) i paid attention to as as a young ‘un. I will happily still dance to this then something hopefully more, er credible later too :) I had such a girl crush on her. Those jumpers *lurve*

9) Shine by Take That
A feel good tune. Happy memories of seeing Take That at Hampden,

10) Stutter by Marianas Trench
I’ve been trying to (knowingly) listen to/discover Canadian bands since moving here. This band amuse me.
